Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns if:

• The product arrived damaged
• You received the wrong item

To request a return, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as:

• Store credit
• Replacement product

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect choices (shade/color)
• Used or opened products
• Discounted or sale items

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour after purchase, as we process orders quickly.
